How do I place a return or exchange?
To place a return or exchange, please email support@naftus.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange. Our team will assist you with the process.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and verified by our Naftus finance team, we'll expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@naftus.com. We will ensure that you receive the correct item.
What are your shipping rates and estimates?
We offer 6.99$ flat rate shipping or free shipping on orders 35$+ , for orders within the USA The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we don't ship to P.O. boxes or to a military address.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. The full order amount, minus the shipping costs, will be refunded. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition for further assistance.
