Cancellation
We accept returns for defective and non-defective product We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
No Restocking Fees
We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products. Your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love NAFTUS. Please reach out to support@naftus.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—NAFTUS packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to support@naftus.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to support@naftus.com.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note: Orders below $35 include a standard shipping fee, which is non-refundable. However return shipping is always free.
SWIFT REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and verified by our Naftus finance team, we'll expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@naftus.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Product you ordered!
What’s your return process if i’m not happy with the product?
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely into the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- For all returns within 30 days, return shipping is free — whether the product is defective or not
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
- If the product does not meet the above requirements, we cannot process your return request.

In order to quickly solve your problem, if you need to return the product within 30 days of delivery, you can submit a return application through the link below Naftus Return Center.
Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to support@naftus.com before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
We cannot process a refund request for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.naftus.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.
